You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and help them leverage data to achieve their goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct strategic and statistical analysis to support decision-making processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and Drive analytical projects from inception to completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL
